The initial onboarding and training will occur at the Aurora IL Distribution Center, with the position based at the Plainfield IL DC. Strong leadership and hands-on experience are required, with travel up to 10% for meetings and training.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in warehouse distribution.
• Minimum of one year of experience overseeing a workforce.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety-first warehouse operations and training.
• Develop associates through coaching and policy training.
• Direct and supervise warehouse productivity and staffing.
• Ensure accurate orders, staging, and loading onto trucks.
• Monitor performance data and adjust coaching as needed.
• Schedule shifts and manage inbound/outbound processes.
• Maintain equipment safety and facility conditions.
• Support cost control and inventory accuracy.
