Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in warehouse distribution.
• Minimum of one year of experience overseeing a workforce.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, OSHA and HACCP requirements.
• Ability to interpret financial and operational data.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a safety mindset to maintain injury-free operations.
• Oversee and develop warehouse associates through coaching and training.
• Direct and supervise workflow to ensure efficient operations and on-time shipping.
• Lead recruitment and performance discussions with senior managers.
• Ensure accurate orders, staging, and loading onto trucks.
• Monitor productivity and quality metrics; coach to correct behaviors.
• Assign dock locations and ensure proper inventory placement; monitor replenishment.
• Maintain facility safety and equipment, and coordinate repairs.
• Identify shrink drivers and assist in cost-control actions.
• Schedule shifts using planning tools; adhere to MSS and FSQA.
