Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of transportation/delivery or warehouse distribution experience.
• Minimum of 1 year overseeing a workforce.
• Knowledge of DOT requirements and safety standards.

• Lead and coach drivers and transportation staff to meet safety, service, and cost goals.
• Oversee scheduling, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Ensure DOT compliance and accurate outbound shipments to customers.
