Cox Automotive in Tolleson, AZ is seeking a Doc Prep Agent to efficiently manage vehicle titles and related documents within the Titles & Records operation. You will handle title processing, mail workflows, and secure file management, contributing to accurate, compliant records and timely client service.

The role requires attention to detail, basic office software skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Minimum: High School Diploma/GED.
• Generally, less than 2 years of experience.
• Title processing, automotive administration, or office/clerical work.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document handling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven production environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.

• Title Processing & Documentation: Review and process vehicle title documents in accordance with state and federal regulations; verify supporting documentation; update title information with high accuracy.
• Mail Processing & Documentation: Process, sort, and distribute incoming mail; prepare vehicle titles for scanning; scan and attach documents to barcoded folders.
• File Management & Inventory Control: File and secure documents; retrieve documents; audit and maintain title inventory.
• Shipping & Release: Prepare outgoing title shipments and print waybills; coordinate release and shipment to clients.
