Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Account Manager to drive daily security operations and lead a team of security officers and supervisors to deliver excellent service. You will guide, develop, and motivate staff to protect people and property while ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to safety standards.

This full-time role offers a day shift, bonus potential, and tools like a company laptop and fuel card. Work from anywhere with nationwide coverage across 800+ locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company vehicle.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in business operations, security management, or supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in leading, developing, and retaining a dynamic team while building positive client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered technology to meet client contract hours while minimizing unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams: hire, coach and manage security officers and supervisors while overseeing payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Enhance client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high-quality service that protects people and property.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies: respond to escalated issues professionally, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Direct compliance and security operational excellence: oversee training, safety, and site standards as well as inventory management.
