Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in leadership and team management in a high-volume environment is essential.
• Strong understanding of security platforms, access control and video surveillance concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Account Managers to promote teamwork and succession planning.
• Maintain relationships with a high-profile client and implement corrective action plans.
• Oversee service delivery, ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze metrics and KPIs using BI tools to drive efficiency.
• Identify and mitigate security risks and develop security protocols.
• Coordinate with security integrators and manage security system projects.
