Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking an RN - Shift Lead I for a part-time day shift at St James Hospital in Butte, MT. The role provides leadership and clinical oversight on the assigned shift, ensuring appropriate staffing and safe patient care in line with census and acuity.

The successful candidate will hold a BSN, current Montana RN license, and BLS certification, and will supervise staff, coordinate resources, and participate in hospital committees as needed.

Qualifications

• BSN degree within 4 years as required by hospital policy.
• Valid Montana RN license and BLS certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and/or provide direct patient care and support staff.
• Adjust staffing for census changes during the shift and coordinate unit activities.
• Communicate census, admissions, discharges, and staffing needs to the oncoming Charge Nurse.
• Participate in hospital committees and promote Intermountain Health values.
