Job summary

Kindred Hospital Westminster is seeking a registered nurse to provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process, develop care plans, and communicate changes in condition with the medical team.

You will discharge planning, document thoroughly, and collaborate with physicians, supervisors, and ancillary staff while upholding safety, patient dignity, and continuous learning in a long-term acute care setting.

Qualifications

• Postsecondary nursing program completion (required).
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the standard of nursing care and implements policies and procedures.
• Directs, supervises, and evaluates nursing care.
• Assists physicians with examinations, treatments and procedures.
• Performs treatments and provides services within licensure.
• Communicates changes in patient status to physicians and staff.
