Kindred Hospital Dayton and Behavioral Health Unit is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process in an acute care setting.

You will collaborate with patients, their families and interdisciplinary staff to develop care plans, communicate changes in clinical condition to physicians and nursing leadership, and participate in discharge planning to support a smooth transition of care.

Formación

• Postsecondary certificate, diploma, or program graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Preferred).
• Registered Nurse license and BCLS required; ACLS preferred.
• Must read, write and speak fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide and coordinate direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Communicate changes in patient condition to physicians and staff.
• Develop and update individualized nursing care plans.
• Assist with discharge planning and patient/family education.
• Administer medications safely following five rights.
