Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Forklift Operator, Non Formula in Bowling Green, KY to move goods through our distribution process. You will operate forklifts and related equipment, replenish slots, and ensure quality and safety standards are met in a multi-temperature warehouse environment.

The role requires standing, lifting up to 90 lbs, and complying with overtime and safety rules. A post-offer drug test and background check are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months warehouse and stand-up reach truck experience.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday 7:30 AM start; overtime may be required.
• Must be able to stand, walk, reach and lift 10–35 lb and up to 60–90 lb.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler/freezer/dry).
• Pass post‑offer drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift, pallet jack, reach truck in assigned warehouse.
• Move freight to inventory and stock slots; ensure proper data entry.
• Replenish pick slots and rotate stock to front; remove outdated inventory.
• Maintain safety, GMP and quality standards.
• Perform general housekeeping and complete paperwork.
• Inspect equipment and perform safety checks; use PPE.
