Job summary

Performance Food Group in Bowling Green, KY seeks a Forklift Operator, Non Formula to move goods, load and unload, and maintain inventory flow in a multi-temperature warehouse.

The role requires standing, lifting, and operating a forklift with safety as a priority; prior warehouse experience preferred. Training and benefits provided on Day 1, with growth opportunities and a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• 6+ months of warehouse and stand-up reach truck work experience.
• Schedule Monday - Friday starting at 7:30 AM until finished.
• Able to lift 10–35 pounds and up to 60–90 pounds depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move goods and locate proper slots.
• Replenish pick slots and rotate stock per policy.
• Ensure safety, GMP adherence, and quality checks in work area.
• Complete paperwork and perform general housekeeping as needed.
