Job summary

Performance Foodservice in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Forklift Operator, Non Formula, to support warehouse operations. The role involves operating forklifts, pallet jacks and other material handling equipment to move goods from receiving to storage and prepare orders for distribution.

You will work Tue-Fri, 4pm until finish, and must have a High School Diploma/GED and at least 6 months of warehouse experience, ability to lift 10-35 pounds and up to 60-90 pounds, and pass post-offer

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months warehouse/distribution experience.
• Able to work scheduled shifts and overtime.
• Able to stand, walk, lift repeatedly, and lift 10–35 lb with some 60–90 lb lifts.
• Able to work in cooler, freezer, and dry environments.
• Pass post-offer drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Locate slots on storage racks and place pallets using forklift or hand stack.
• Replenish pick slots with outgoing stock and rotate stock as needed.
• Disperse excess items to available slots and remove waste.
• Inspect pallets and move them with pallet jack or forklift.
• Follow safety policies and report unsafe conditions immediately.
• Perform safety checks on equipment and prepare for operations.
• PPE usage and shift end paperwork completion.
• General housekeeping and sanitation duties as assigned.
