Performance Food Group (New) is hiring a Forklift Operator as part of its warehouse team in Cincinnati. The role focuses on moving goods with forklifts and pallet jacks, stocking inventory, and supporting safe, efficient distribution operations.

You will operate equipment, monitor product quality, follow GMP practices, and complete daily shift duties. The position requires 6+ months in warehousing and the ability to pass drug and background checks.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience
• Must be able to work scheduled times and overtime
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly (10–35 lb, up to 60–90 lb)
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry)
• Post-offer drug test and background check required

Responsabilités

• Locate proper slot on storage racks and set pallets with forklift or hand stack items.
• Transport incoming freight to inventory and replenish pick slots.
• Rotate date-sensitive stock to the front and remove outdated inventory.
• Disperse over-stocked items to available slots.
• Secure equipment and complete paperwork at shift end.
