Job summary

Christian Living Communities is hiring for the position of Assisted Living QMAP on a full-time basis. Shifts rotate and cover Sunday through Wednesday, with hours from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM. This role focuses on meeting daily personal care needs of residents while aligning with our mission and values.

Applicants should have a Medication certification, be able to communicate in English, and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience in elder care is preferred.

Qualifications

• Medication certification is required per state operation requirements.
• One year of experience in some level of elder care is preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care needs in a timely manner.
• Supervise medications for residents under licensed nurse supervision.
• Monitor and document residents' conditions as directed.
