Christian Living Communities | Cappella Living Solutions in Grand Junction, CO is seeking a compassionate nurse aide to support residents with daily personal care, ADLs, and medication routines under the supervision of a licensed nurse.

This role emphasizes accurate MAR documentation, timely reporting of changes, collaborative teamwork, and maintaining dignity and safety for residents in a welcome, resident‑centered environment.

Qualifications

• Medication certification required (QMAP-A/L, Med Tech or Nurse Delegation).
• Must read, write and speak English.
• Strong self-management and organization; able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Help with personal care and ADLs as requested.
• Administer medications to residents per protocol under supervision.
• Document resident status and changes in MAR.
• Report changes to supervisor and RN/LPN.
• Restock medication carts and supplies.
• Attend monthly staff meetings and participate in safety procedures.
