Job summary

Christian Living Communities | Cappella Living Solutions is seeking a QMAP Care Partner for Wednesday–Saturday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM. The role involves daily personal care, medication assistance under a licensed nurse, and attentive support to residents’ needs in a compassionate senior living environment.

Responsibilities include supervising medications, documentation, and collaboration with the care team to ensure safety and well‑being.

Qualifications

• Medication certification or eligibility; QMAP-A/L, Med Tech, Med Aide, or Nurse Delegation required.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year elder care experience preferred.
• Strong self-management, organization and multitasking skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Attend to residents' personal care needs and assist with ADLs as requested.
• Provide personal care services (bathing, dressing, meals, laundry) with attention to resident needs.
• Report care needs or changes to supervisor; maintain communication with team.
• Administer medications per procedure under nurse supervision; monitor MAR and documentation.
• Restock medication carts and supplies; communicate needed replacements.
• Attend monthly staff meetings and contribute to team discussions.
• Other duties as assigned.
