Qualifications

• Medication certification as per state requirements (QMAP-A/L, Med Tech or Med Aide).
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• One year elder care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily personal care needs of residents in line with mission and values.
• Supervise medications for residents under licensed nurse supervision.
• Review MAR and administer medications correctly: resident, dose, time, route.
• Maintain open communication with supervisor and peers about resident issues.
