Christian Living Communities | Cappella Living Solutions is seeking a Personal Care Partner II for day shift duties across Mon, Wed, and Sat. The role includes assisting with ADLs, medication oversight under supervision, and maintaining resident well-being in a licensed facility.

Qualifications include QMAP-A/L or equivalent certification, English proficiency, and at least a GED. Prior elder care experience is preferred, with a focus on safety and compassionate service.

Qualifications

• Medication certification; QMAP-A/L, Med Tech, Med Aide, Nurse Delegation.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• High school or equivalent (GED).
• One year elder care experience preferred.
• Strong self-management and organization skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to change.

Responsibilities

• Attend to residents' personal care needs and ADLs.
• Provide personal care services (bathing, dressing, meals, laundry).
• Report resident care needs to supervisor.
• Monitor safety and well-being of residents.
• Document resident conditions and medication administration.
