Qualifications

• Must have Medication certification and QMAP-A/L credentials.
• English literacy required for documentation and communication.
• Experience in elder care or assisted living is valued.

Responsibilities

• Attend to residents' personal care needs and assist with ADLs.
• Assist with medication administration under supervision.
• Maintain accurate MAR records and document changes.
• Communicate with supervisors and family as appropriate.
• Attend monthly staff meetings and participate in care planning.
