Job summary

Christian Living Communities | Cappella Living Solutions is seeking an Assisted Living QMAP for a PRN overnight shift (6:45 PM–7:15 AM) with Saturday coverage to care for residents in Colorado. You will supervise medications with a licensed nurse, assist with personal care, and document MAR accurately.

The ideal candidate holds QMAP-A/L or Med Tech/Aide credentials, has strong English communication, a high school diploma or GED, and ideally one year of elder care experience.

Qualifications

• Medication certification required; QMAP-A/L, Med Tech, Med Aide, Nurse Delegation considered.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• One year of elder care experience preferred.
• Strong self-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines; adaptable to change.
• Maintain confidentiality in sensitive issues.

Responsibilities

• Attend to residents' personal care needs and assist with ADLs.
• Provide personal care such as bathing, dressing, mealtime assistance, and hygiene.
• Identify and report care needs to supervisor; monitor residents' health and safety.
• Administer medications under supervision of licensed nurse and document accurately.
• Communicate with family members and maintain open lines with team.
• Support staff meetings and contribute to resident care planning.
• Other duties as assigned.
