Responsibilities

• Sets up medications and passes them to residents following policies.
• Performs narcotic counts at shift start/end.
• Orders medications from pharmacy per community policies.
• Checks MARs for errors and communicates changes to care team.
• Assists residents with daily living activities and mobility as needed.
