Job summary

Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Production Supervisor based in York, PA to support day shift operations, 7am-7pm on a 2/2/3 schedule. You will supervise hourly staff in the manufacture of blow molded containers, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.

The role requires at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity and a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent operations experience. You will collaborate with managers, vendors, and customers and contribute to CQI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent operations experience required.
• Minimum 2 years in an operations supervisory/management role.
• Strong leadership and ability to work with managers, vendors and customers.
• Excellent attendance, communication, and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly employees across all stages of blow molded container production.
• Ensure safety, quality, housekeeping, and productivity targets are met.
• Manage shift functions: training, safety, inventory, and policies.
• Resolve production and quality problems on shift.
• Prepare shift documentation for compliance and CQI.
• Attend and conduct shift and safety meetings.
• Oversee staffing, machine utilization, and staffing decisions.
