Responsibilities

• Accurately collects and enters demographic and insurance information into the registration system.
• Verifies insurance coverage and arranges pre-authorizations and referrals.
• Schedules radiology, lab, and other service appointments.
• Manages patient liabilities including copays and balances prior to or on the day of service.
• Maintains records and performs clerical duties as needed.
