UMass Memorial Health is seeking a Registration Rep on a 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM shift at the Worcester Memorial and Hahn campuses. This on-site, part-time role requires data entry, insurance verification and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities include demographic collection, pre-authorizations, scheduling procedures, and handling patient billing support. Training will be provided on-site, with per-diem scheduling options available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of data entry experience.
• Proficient data-entry skills with attention to detail.
• Must have computer skills including Windows navigation.
• Strong customer service skills with internal and external customers.
• English speaking, reading and writing skills.

Responsabilités

• Accurately obtains and enters demographic, insurance and other related patient information.
• Verifies patient insurance coverage and pre-authorizations as required.
• Schedules Radiology, Lab and basic ancillary service appointments.
• Completes demographic and insurance collection for ED and Labor & Delivery.
• Maintains timely records and handles related clerical duties.
