Job summary
Amcor in Missouri is seeking a Maintenance Technician Lead to supervise and direct maintenance staff on assigned shifts, ensuring safety, quality, and reliability of plant equipment. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshoot hydraulic, PLC, and electrical systems, and partner with production and automation teams to keep operations running smoothly.
Candidates should have 5+ years in industrial maintenance, strong leadership, and proficiency with MS Office; a safety-first mindset
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent; 2+ years technical schooling preferred.
- 5+ years in industrial manufacturing maintenance, multicraft preferred.
- Experience with hydraulic, PLC and electrical repairs; Logic Master/Bechoffs a plus.
Responsibilities
- Supervise maintenance employees on assigned shifts and direct work.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and track PMs.
- Review daily inspection sheets and file reports for compliance.
- Hands-on troubleshooting and shop-floor support as needed.
- Audit and implement corrective actions to improve reliability.
