Job summary

Qualifications

• Capable of reading, writing, and speaking English.
• High School Graduate or equivalent with 2+ years technical school preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an industrial manufacturing environment in a multicraft maintenance position preferred.
• Experienced & Knowledgeable in hydraulic, PLC and electrical machine repairs.
• Previous experience with Logic Master & Bechoffs a plus.
• Computer knowledgeable in Microsoft Office.
• Negative drug screen results.
• Work in a safe manner.

Responsibilities

• Report to front line leadership.
• Meet with overlapping shifts and provide updates with starting work assignments.
• Coordinate Preventative Maintenance schedules, weekend & nightly assignments to the Maintenance Mgr. and Production Mgr.
• Review daily inspection sheets and complete maintenance paperwork.
• Hands-on auditing of PMs and requirements.
• Hands-on Production Support as needed.
• Office work to cover 30–40% of the day; 60–70% on Shop Floor.
• Lead by example in Safety, Workmanship, Documentation, and Attitude.
• Audit and implement corrective action on maintenance housekeeping issues.
