Amcor is seeking a Maintenance Technician Lead to supervise maintenance staff across shifts and ensure safe, compliant operations. You will coordinate preventative maintenance, review daily inspections, and provide hands-on support to production teams in a climate-controlled plant.

Qualifications include 5+ years in industrial maintenance, PLC/hydraulic/electrical repairs, and strong safety mindset. The role emphasizes teamwork and continuous improvement within Amcor's manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Capable of physical mobility and lifting up to 35 lbs.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• 5+ years in an industrial manufacturing maintenance environment.
• Experience with hydraulic, PLC and electrical repairs.
• Knowledge of safety, PPE and GMP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff across shifts and coordinate assignments.
• Coordinate Preventative Maintenance schedules and assign tasks.
• Review daily inspection sheets and maintain maintenance records.
• Provide hands-on support for production and training.
• Audit maintenance tasks for safety, quality, and GMP compliance.
