Job summary

Amcor seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the daily maintenance operations, ensuring safe, efficient performance of production equipment and facilities. You will manage technicians, schedule repairs, and implement preventive maintenance across the plant.

The role requires strong leadership, a solid grasp of electrical/mechanical systems, and experience with ERP tools. Candidates should demonstrate problem solving and effective communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of in-plant maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills required.
• Proficient in safety procedures and programs (lock-out/tag-out, confined spaces).
• Experience with electrical/mechanical maintenance and blueprint reading.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and technicians.
• Schedule and supervise repair and preventive maintenance to minimize outages.
• Ensure safety programs and regulatory compliance are followed.
