Job summary

Amcor Lead Maintenance Technician oversees shift teams, schedules preventive maintenance, and ensures safety and GMP compliance to support reliable plant operation. The role collaborates with production, quality, automation and maintenance teams to optimize equipment performance.

Major duties include directing daily work, auditing PMs, and providing hands-on support on hydraulic, PLC and electrical systems.

Qualifications

• Capable of physical mobility incl. sitting, bending, twisting, standing, and lifting.
• Capable of reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Capable of complying with all safety requirements including PPE and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct maintenance employees during shifts.
• Coordinate Preventive Maintenance schedules and align with Maintenance/Production managers.
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting, repairs, and improvements on equipment and facilities.
