Job summary

Amcor Flexibles, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician Lead to supervise maintenance staff, coordinate PM schedules, and support safe, efficient plant operations. You will work with production, quality, and automation teams to ensure reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and supervision experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Proven ability to supervise maintenance teams across shifts.
• Solid electrical, hydraulic, and PLC repair knowledge.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and GMP standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct maintenance staff across shifts and coordinate with Production and Quality.
• Plan and oversee Preventative Maintenance schedules and shutdown activities.
• Review daily inspection sheets and complete maintenance paperwork.
• Provide hands-on support for problem solving and training of operators.
• Lead by example in safety, workmanship, and documentation.
• Audit maintenance activities and implement corrective actions.
