Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Maintenance Technician Lead to supervise maintenance staff on rotating shifts, oversee preventative maintenance, and keep equipment reliable to support safe, efficient plant operations.

You will work with production, quality, automation, and maintenance teams; require 5+ years in industrial maintenance; strong hydraulic, PLC and electrical repair skills; and be committed to safety, GMP, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in industrial manufacturing in multicraft maintenance.
• Experience with hydraulic, PLC and electrical repairs.
• Reading, writing and speaking English.
• Capable of lifting up to 35lbs and physical mobility.
• Overtime availability and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance employees on assigned shifts.
• Coordinate Preventative Maintenance schedules and nightly assignments.
• Review daily inspection sheets and complete maintenance paperwork.
• Hands-on maintenance support and training as needed.
• Uphold safety, quality, and ISO compliance on site.
