Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two years of supervisory or management experience in an industrial environment.

• The ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• The ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• The ability to effectively interpret and present information one-on-one and in front of an audience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production, material flow, and galvanizing quality control.
• Supervise daily shop operations and set priorities to meet shipping commitments.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and take corrective actions.
• Manage repairs and maintenance of machines and equipment.
• Maintain records on production metrics, orders, and inspections.
• Enforce safety, housekeeping and PPE usage; train employees.
