Job summary

Babylist is seeking a hands-on Supervisor, Fulfillment Operations for the Commercial Point, Ohio fulfillment center. You will lead a floor team through daily pick and pack, ensure throughput and accuracy targets, and maintain safety on the shift (Mon-Thu 7:00am–5:30pm).

You’ll own the day’s performance, coach hourly associates, closely monitor KPI metrics, and report to the FC Day Shift Operations Manager. This role blends leadership with hands-on operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising frontline pick and pack teams.
• Ability to use WMS to assign work, track productivity, and troubleshoot flow.
• Strong focus on safety and compliance on the floor.
• Proven track record of coaching and developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Run the day-shift pick and pack operation and balance labor to hit targets.
• Lead a team of pick and pack associates with coaching and performance management.
• Own shift core metrics: accuracy, throughput, on-time fulfillment.
• Enforce safety standards and address hazards promptly.
• Identify bottlenecks, reallocate staff, and escalate process gaps.
• Develop and implement SOPs and training to keep quality and pace.
