Job summary

Babylist is seeking a Supervisor, Fulfillment Operations to lead the weekend shift at our fulfillment center in Commercial Point, Ohio. You will staff, run, and ensure accuracy, speed, and safety on the floor, leading a team of 10–25 associates and reporting to the on-site Assistant Manager.

Core hours are Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM–6:30 PM with training ramp and weekend commitment; you will own attendance, output, and SOPs, partner with HR on employee relations, and use data to diagnose throughput

Qualifications

5+ years managing people, with 3+ years specifically in warehouse, fulfillment, or manufacturing environments.
Experience writing and implementing SOPs and spotting process gaps early.
Strong HR partner experience handling employee relations and coaching with HR.
Culture builder who develops associates and creates a growth path.
Data-driven with ability to read production data for throughput/quality issues.

Responsibilities

Run your area of the floor day-to-day across the weekend shift: staffing, sequencing, and quality checks.
Own attendance and reliability, setting the standard by being present and consistent.
Spot process gaps early and refine SOPs to keep operations stable as volume changes.
Monitor output and accuracy metrics and drive root-cause fixes.
Partner with HR to handle employee-relations issues and develop the team.
Coach and grow associates, building engagement and internal advancement.
Work on the floor with leadership, sharing updates and handoffs to weekday staff.
