Job summary

Babylist's Commercial Point, Ohio fulfillment center seeks a day-shift supervisor for pick and pack. You will lead a floor team, own shift throughput and accuracy, and ensure orders are picked and packed on time while keeping safety a priority.

The role is hands-on, 4/10 schedule Monday-Thursday, 7:00am–5:30pm, reporting to the FC Day Shift Operations Manager. Prior warehouse leadership experience is required, with a focus on metrics and coaching.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading frontline teams on a fulfillment floor.
• Experience driving daily throughput and accuracy targets.
• Fluent in using a warehouse management system (WMS) to assign work and track productivity.
• Ability to manage safety standards and respond to hazards quickly.
• Strong coaching and employee-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Run day-shift pick and pack operations to hit daily targets.
• Lead a team of pick and pack associates with direction, coaching, and performance management.
• Own shift core metrics: accuracy, throughput, on-time fulfillment.
• Enforce safety standards and routines on the floor.
• Identify bottlenecks, reallocate staff, and flag process gaps.
• Develop SOPs and training to maintain quality and pace.
• Scale the team during higher volume times without sacrificing safety or accuracy.
