Job summary

Babylist is seeking a day-shift Supervisor of Fulfillment Operations for its Commercial Point, OH center. You will lead a floor team through daily picking, packing and order fulfillment, owning shift throughput and accuracy, with a hands-on role on a 4/10 schedule (Mon-Thu, 7:00am–5:30pm).

The starting salary is $65,700– $81,800 annually, with weekly pay and benefits. You will report to the FC Day Shift Operations Manager and contribute to safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experienced supervising a frontline pick and pack team.
• Fluent in a warehouse management system (WMS).
• Able to manage metrics such as pick/pack accuracy, units-per-hour, and on-time shipping.
• Safety-first on the floor with proper handling of equipment.
• 5+ years leading people; 3+ years in warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution operations.
• Experience using AI daily to improve output.

Responsibilities

• Run the day-shift pick and pack operation — assign labor and keep orders flowing to hit targets.
• Lead a team of pick and pack associates — daily direction, coaching, training, and performance management.
• Own your shift’s core metrics: pick/pack accuracy, throughput, and on-time fulfillment.
• Keep safety front and center — enforce standards and address hazards quickly.
• Spot bottlenecks and fix them; reallocate people and flag process gaps.
• Scale the team through higher volume times and onboard new members without sacrificing accuracy.
