Job summary

Babylist is seeking a Supervisor, Fulfillment Operations to lead the weekend shift at our Commercial Point fulfillment center. You will supervise a 10–25 person team, staff the floor, and drive accurate, fast, and safe operations Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM–6:30 PM, with training ramp and on-site leadership.

The role emphasizes hands-on floor leadership, data-driven problem solving, and close partnership with HR.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing people, with 3+ years in warehouse, fulfillment, or manufacturing environments.
• Ability to write and implement SOPs and spot process gaps early.
• Experience handling employee-relations issues and partnering with HR.
• Ability to monitor throughput and quality metrics and address root causes.

Responsibilities

• Run the weekend floor area day-to-day: staffing, sequencing, and quality checks.
• Achieve operational competency quickly and run the shift with credibility on the floor.
• Own attendance and reliability on your shift and set high standards.
• Identify process gaps and refine SOPs to maintain consistency as volume changes.
• Collaborate with HR to document and resolve employee-relations issues.
• Coach and develop associates and create a path for internal growth.
