Job summary

Teasdale Foods, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor for the day shift in Hoopeston, IL. You will supervise a team, plan production activities, and ensure compliance with food safety standards while meeting schedules and quality targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in a supervisory/lead role in food manufacture.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, GMP and QA standards.
• Proven leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with lean, 5S and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency with MS Office and production software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of production workers; hire, train, and manage performance.
• Plan and coordinate production activities for efficiency and schedules.
• Monitor food safety compliance, GMP, and quality control measures.
• Collaborate on schedules, plans, and process improvements.
• Inspect production areas for hazards, maintenance needs, and quality issues; take corrective action.
• Maintain production records and report performance metrics to Management.
