Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory/lead role in maintenance.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with GMP and food safety regulations.
• Proficient in CMMS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead maintenance technicians, providing guidance and training.
• Plan and prioritize preventive maintenance schedules and work orders.
• Coordinate with production to minimize downtime and production impact.
• Inspect machinery and facilities for hazards, implementing corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and coordinate repairs with vendors as needed.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and inventory of spare parts.
• Enforce safety protocols and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide status reports on maintenance activities and KPIs.
