Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role is preferred.
• Solid knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment: posting jobs, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Administer onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departures.
• Manage employee benefits programs and respond to eligibility and claims questions.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws to staff and managers.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
• Support performance management processes, including goal setting and reviews.
• Contribute to HR initiatives to improve engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR-related issues and promote a positive culture.
