Qualifications

• BSN preferred; hospital experience favored.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnose, plan, implement, evaluate).
• Administer medications and therapies within safe nursing practice.
• Assist with admission, discharge, and transfers; maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care and outcomes.
• Provide patient and family education; participate in unit meetings and committees.
