Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field.
• Knowledge of DDS systems.
• Ability to interact with people with intellectual disabilities.
• Proficiency with basic computer software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage program operations and daily staff activities.
• Coordinate schedules and transportation assignments.
• Communicate with residential supervisors, DDS case management, and guardians.
• Attend mandatory DDS meetings and ensure compliance.
• Develop and maintain activities and employment opportunities for individuals served.
• Prepare data for individual reports and ensure documentation is complete.
