Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED with 2 years field related experience.
• Knowledge of DDS systems.
• Ability to interact with people with intellectual disabilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Coordinator with daily operations of day support programming and operations.
• Complete daily staffing schedules and transportation assignments.
• Display effective communication with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
• Attend mandatory DDS meetings in compliance with DDS guidelines.
• Provide transportation when necessary.
• Assist Direct Care Staff in daily job responsibilities.
• Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and filed timely weekly.
• Track data for quality assurance reviews.
• Maintain safety standards at the facility and agency vehicles.
