Job summary

Bridgewell is seeking a Day Program Supervisor to oversee Day Habilitation and Employment programs for individuals with disabilities. You will supervise staff, coordinate trainings, and manage case management requirements, ensuring quality services and compliance.

The role involves direct care support when needed and collaboration with clinical teams. The position follows a weekday schedule 8:00am–4:00pm, with responsibilities including program oversight, documentation, and coordination of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years direct care experience if using associate's degree.
• 3-5 years direct care experience with supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff to performance standards.
• Coordinate and supervise ISP/DHSP development.
• Oversee documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain budget oversight within the program.
• Liaise with Clinical Team and other service providers.
• Ensure staff certifications such as First Aid/CPR are current.
