GEO Reentry Services, LLC is seeking a day reporting center case management support professional in Pennsylvania. You will assist Case Managers with coordination, documentation, and What Works‑based practices for participants.

The role involves intake, data entry, group facilitation, and occasional transport of participants. Strong English/Spanish communication, basic computer skills, and a customer‑oriented approach are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• College coursework in Human Services or business preferred.
• Six months experience in Human Services with direct participant services preferred.
• Six months experience with minority populations preferred.
• Twenty-one years of age with five years driving if transporting participants.
• Valid driver's license with good driving history if transporting participants.

Responsibilities

• Greet participants entering the facility.
• May perform drug screens on participants according to schedule.
• Complete initial intake and input data into the database.
• Provide general office administration and customer service.
• Assist Case Managers with case coordination and reporting.
• Manage participant caseload and conduct risk/needs assessments.
• Facilitate CBT programs and life skills groups weekly.
• Document participant progress in the database.
• Handle office opening/closing procedures and payments as needed.
• Transport participants using Company vehicle when required.
