Job summary

GEO Reentry Services LLC. is seeking a case management aide to support community resource center operations in New Jersey. You will assist in intake, coordinate with Case Managers, and document client progress using the company database.

You will facilitate evidence-based programs, conduct assessments, and help with payments and reporting as part of a collaborative team. Strong communication and bilingual abilities are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• College coursework in Human Services or business preferred.
• Six months experience in Human Services preferred.
• Valid driver's license with driving record if transporting participants.

Responsibilities

• Greet participants and assist with intake processing.
• Provide general office and customer service duties.
• Assist Case Managers with case coordination and reports.
• Conduct risk/need assessments and create treatment plans.
• Facilitate evidence-based CBT programs and life skills groups.
• Document progress in the company database.
