GEO Reentry Services, LLC is hiring for a community resource center role providing case management support, intake processing, and documentation. You will assist Case Managers, coordinate with agencies, and help deliver evidence-based intervention programs.

The role requires a High School diploma or higher, preferred bilingual English/Spanish skills, and prior Human Services experience. Some travel using a company vehicle may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Social Services preferred.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish skills preferred.
• Minimum of six months experience in Human Services field with direct participant services preferred.
• Must be twenty-one (21) years of age with five years driving experience if transport is required.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel; basic database skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets participants entering the facility and performs intake processing.
• Assists Case Managers with case coordination and documentation.
• Supports management of participant caseload using evidence-based intervention practices.
• Facilitates life skills programs and tracks participant progress in software.
• May transport participants to centers or events using a company vehicle.
