GEO Reentry Services LLC in New Jersey is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to oversee a caseload using evidence-based practices and What Works principles within the program guidelines. You will collaborate with the contracting agency and Program Manager to ensure compliance, document progress in the company database, and support participants through structured assessment and discharge planning.

The role requires frequent meetings with participants, thorough recordkeeping, adherence to court

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Services required.
• One year of casework experience with supervised offender population preferred.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and document progress.
• Good presentation, public speaking and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of participants using What Works principles as directed by the program.
• Conduct risk/need assessments and create individual treatment plans.
• Meet with participants weekly to review progress and ensure attendance.
• Prepare discharge/continuing care plans and forward documentation to NJSPB.
• Document participant progress in the Company database and report to supervisors.
• Coordinate with contracting agency and Program Manager to ensure compliance.
