Job summary

The Center for Family Support Inc is seeking a Day Program Supervisor to lead the day program site, directing daily operations and supervising staff to ensure high-quality services for individuals with developmental disabilities.

This role emphasizes person-centered planning, coordination with families, and compliance with ISP/PCP plans, while promoting community engagement, safety, and program improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field; two years supervisory or program-management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises program instructors and staff; participates in interviewing, onboarding and training, scheduling, and performance coaching.
• Develops and implements engaging activity programs aligned with the Meaningful Day curriculum.
• Maintains monthly calendars and coordinates referrals, ensuring service access and person-centered support.
• Promotes community involvement, inclusion, and meaningful participation for individuals served.
• Ensures documentation, attendance records, and billing notes are accurate and timely.
