Sunrise Community, Inc. is seeking a Day Program Supervisor to provide supervision and support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a Day Program setting.

The role includes supervising staff, ensuring safety, managing training and documentation, and helping maintain accurate billing and staffing for daily operations. Must meet background checks and possess a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver's License with endorsements and at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of experience in the human service field.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience.
• Must complete pre-employment background and drug screenings.
• Must possess basic computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Provides support and supervision to all staff and individuals in the Day Program setting.
• Creates and maintains a positive, learning, supportive environment for all employees and individuals.
• Ensures accuracy and efficiency in billing and staffing for daily revenue.
• Ensures implementation and documentation of all training, support and behavior programs as required by an individual's plan and regulatory agencies.
• Ensures safety by accounting for all employees and individuals on site, in the van, and on trip activities.
• Monitors policy compliance through training and feedback to staff.
